Information submitted through Mulix

Inquiry details are sent to the Mulix server for sales follow-up and are not stored in the visitor's browser as product or inquiry records. Contact information is used only to respond to the request and coordinate quotation or delivery communication.

Mulix also records aggregate public-page traffic. For this purpose, the server converts the visitor address into an irreversible hash and stores daily counts rather than the original IP address. Product images, scripts, and administrator pages are excluded from this traffic summary.

On a first visit, Mulix may use the browser language preference, browser locale and, when necessary, the public IP address for a country-level language suggestion. The IP lookup uses Country (api.country.is); its result and a one-way cache key are kept only in server memory for up to 24 hours and are not written to the inquiry database or logs. A first-party language cookie remembers the selected language for up to one year and can be changed with the language selector. The browser locale and time zone are used only as display hints and are not stored by Mulix.
